On 19 July 2011, SMART received a visit request from CIDB to entertain one big group of a profesional and well experienced contractors and officials from India. A total number of 110 visitors made a visit to SMART Tunnel. They were divided into 3 group which consist of 35-45 people per group. They were keen to know about SMART Tunnel especially during the construction of the tunnel. Lots of question were asked during the Q&A session conducted by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Head of Department for Toll Operations & Public Relations.
