A foreign delegation from Public Private Partnership Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department paid a visit to SMART on 4 April 2011. The group of 11 delegates was headed by Puan Naliza Fahro Rozi, Principal Assistant Director. The group was shown a video presentation on the operation of SMART and had a Q&A session by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Head of Department, Toll Operations & PR. The objective of the visit was to introduce SMART Tunnel's efficiency to the international foray.
