Malaysia Culture Group made a visit to SMART on 24 March 2011. There were 25 people from different races, with various backgrounds and profiles but most of them were foreigners who stay and work in Kuala Lumpur. The group, who were keen to understand the construction and control of the SMART Tunnel, was headed by Datin Lynn Davies. The objective of the visit was to give exposure to their members on the complexity of construction and operations of SMART Tunnel. The group was briefed on the SMART Concept and Operations and was provided a Q&A session by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Head of Department, Toll Operations & Public Relations.
