SMART received visitors from the Dutch flood mitigation expert group at our Motorway Control Centre on 10 February. Six experts including Mr W.K. Vos, Deputy Director of Kuiper Compagnons, Ms. Michiel de Jong, Senior Project Manager of DHV B.V. and two representative from Pelorus Intelligence & Technology Academy Sdn Bhd Encik Azman Yaacob, Chief Operating Officer and Capt. Razali Yaacob, Managing Director cum Chief Executive Officer were shown SMART’s video presentation and Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Head of Department, Toll Operations & Public Relations briefed them on SMART’s day to day operations. The group came to visit SMART with the objective of exchanging ideas on tunneling projects and control system.
