MKN WPKL team members headed by Tuan Mohammad Hafiz Abdul Rahim, State Safety Secretary of MKN WPKL made a formal visit to SMART on 30 November 2010. There were a total of 23 Senior Officers from BOMBA, PDRM, DBKL, MOSTI, Meteorology Department, Information Department and also Drainage & Irrigation Department (DID). Objective of the visit is to know more details about the SMART Tunnel daily operations and also to exchange knowledge on ways to improve in handling emergency situation or any sudden disaster. SMART General Manager, Encik Mohd Fuad Kamal Ariffin and Deputy Director of DID, Tuan Ir. Haji Abdullah Isnin gave a presentation on SMART during the visit. Also attending were Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Head Toll Operations & Public Relations Department.
