The SMART Motorway Control Center received a visit from 19 Senior Police Officers whom are taking their Master's course with the Maktab PDRM Cheras. They were keen to know in detail about SMART Tunnel security and disaster recovery plan. They also hope that the visit will benefit both parties with an exchange of information on safety and security planning between PDRM and the SMART team. The group was fascinated by the system used for operations and maintenance of the SMART tunnel. Head of Toll Operations & PR Department, Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, conducted the Q&A session.
