Majlis Amanah Rakyat best known as MARA, sent their Innovation and Human Resource unit to SMART Tunnel. MARA is keen to learn from public sector regarding operational, functional and general matters pertaining SMART Tunnel. This visit gave them opportunity to know SMART Tunnel better on how we operate and maintain this tunnel. They are impressed to know that with technologies and innovative method we could manage this tunnel and its man power efficiently. En Mohd Noor from Toll & PR Dept briefed them about SMART Tunnel and answer questions arise during the Q & A Session.
