The City Council members and Senior Management of Majlis Perbandaran Seremban made a formal visit to SMART on 28 September 2010. There were 33 of them and the group was headed by YBhg. Dato’ Jaaffar bin Shahadan. The group was very highly impressed with SMART’s project. Objective of the visit was to gain exposure with regards to Road/Highway Maintenance and also to the aspects of Tunnel maintenance and structure. Besides that, they were interested to learn about the working safety procedures in tunnel operations and maintenance. Head of Toll Operations & PR Department, Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, answered questions raised by the group during the two hours visit.
