35 students and 1 lecturer from the Faculty of Engineering, UNISEL made an educational visit to SMART on 5 August 2010. Most of the students are foreign students who are taking a Degree in Civil Engineering with UNISEL. Objectives of the visit are to know how SMART Tunnel is built, besides wanting to know how the maintenance work process is conducted as well as the stormwater management operations. They are hopeful that by visiting SMART Tunnel it could create industrial relations between UNISEL and SMART Tunnel management. The group was shown a video presentation on SMART Tunnel operations and concluded with a Q&A session thereafter conducted by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Toll Operations & PR Manager. They were fascinated with the overall project, concept and its operations.
