1st and 2nd August 2009
After the success of the first Team Building, a second batch of team have spent 2 days and one night at Selesa Resort, Bukit Tinggi with same tagline SMART : First To Be The First. This time, a bigger group of staff mostly from the Toll Plaza Operations, Traffic Control and Maintenance Dept were given an opportunity to benefit from this program. Strategic Alliance Sdn Bhd again has tailor made this stress free and fun program for SMART employee in order to produce better service and learn how to generate positive attitude towards daily operations.
