The SMART Motorway Control Center welcomed a visit from IKRAM Training and Infrastructure Development Institute (ITIDI). The group was accompanied by 3 representatives from IKRAM headed by Puan Rafidah Umar, Coordinator of Program for International. There were 21 delegates which representing their respective countries namely Sri Lanka, Laos, Bhutan, Nepal, South Africa, Pakistan and also Myanmar. The group came to Kuala Lumpur for the International Course on Road Construction and Maintenance held at Country Height Resort. The group was briefed about Smart Operations by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Toll Operations & PR Manager.
