A delegation from Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and Professional Services Development Corporation (PSDC) paid a visit to SMART on 24 June. The delegates were accompanied by two representatives from PSDC headed by Cik Nurul Hayati Khalil. There were 13 delegates consisting of two from Uganda, Laos, Kenya, Yemen and another five from Vietnam. The group was shown a video presentation on the operation of SMART and had a Q & A session by Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali, Toll Operations & Public Relations Manager.
