Delegates from the The Royal Irrigation Department of Thailand visited SMART on the 5 June 2009. They were headed by Mr. Mongkol Vicheinchid, Deputy Director General for Administration. The delegates were accompanied by several officers from JPS lead by Ms. Carine Wong Koh Yin, Assistant Director from Coastal Section. The group was shown a slide & video presentation on the operation of SMART and had a Q & A session by Mr. Mok Wan Seng, M&E Manager. The delegates were later given a tour to the North Junction Box.
