SMART hosted a visit by members of the PIARC who were here for a 1st TEDCOM meeting held in JW Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur from 27-28 April 2009. The delegates consist of 8 PIARC members and were accompanied by 10 officers from JKR headed by Puan Sabariah bt Bachik, Senior Technical Assistant who represent the Director General of Public Works Department, YBhg. Dato’ Sri Prof. Ir. Dr. Judin Abdul Karim. The delegates were briefed about SMART Operations by SMART General Manager Operations, Encik Mohd Fuad Kamal Ariffin and later taken for a guided visit to the North Junction Box by Head of Mechanical & Electrical Department, Mr. Mok Wan Seng and Head of Toll Operations & PR Department, Encik Mohd Noor Mohd Ali.
