Delegates from the Kenya High Commission visited SMART on the 4th March 2009. They were headed by Mr Gachoki Njoka – High Commissioner of Kenya in Malaysia. The delegates consists of several officials from the Ministry of Roads were being briefed about the SMART Concept and Operations by En Mohd Noor Ali, The Operations & P.R Manager of SMART followed by a Q&A session thereafter. They were all impressed with the uniqueness and the importance of SMART Tunnel in mitigating the flood and traffic congestion problems face by the City of Kuala Lumpur.
