The delegates, headed by Mr Yousef I. Jadu from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Transport were here in Malaysia on a fact-finding mission. Apart from their meeting with various departments at the Ministry of Work Malaysia, they were very eager to visit SMART and to understand more about it. The group consists of representative from the Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance.

As usual, the group was shown the concept video and the Mode 3 operation video. The Q&A session was handled both Encik Mohd Fuad (SMART GMO) and Encik Wan Azhar (SMART PR)
