The courteous smile and greetings, that is what SMART Tunnel users get when they passed by the SMART tollbooths at Sg Besi daily. These toll tellers, who work hard to ensure high level of service standard, was recently honoured for their contribution to make the journey through the SMART Tunnel pleasant.

In a simple ceremony held at the Toll Plaza Building, Ms Nurliza Osman (top), Ms Siti Aisha Md Nasir (middle) and Ms Norazura Hashim (bottom) was selected to be the best of the lots. Mohd Fuad Kamal Ariffin, General Manager of SMABT presented the three with a certificate of appreciation and cash incentive to each of them. After the presentation ceremony, a group bacaan Yassin followed by Maghrib prayers was held and a buffet dinner was served.
